All the candidates offered provisional admission into the Kwara State Polytechnic (KWARAPOLY) for the 2013/2014 academic session are all required to sign an undertaking form.
A guarantor would be required to sign the KWARAPOLY undertaking form and the admitted student acknowledging to abide with the institution’s rules and regulation.
