STEP 1: ADMISSION STATUS PRINTING

Upon receiving the admission notification via SMS, candidates should visit the University portal at www.ksusta.net. Log in using the provided credentials and follow the link to print the Admission Status Letter.

STEP 2: ACCEPTANCE FEE AND RECORD FILES PAYMENT

Visit Ecobank Nig. Ltd to deposit ₦5,000 as an Admission acceptance fee and ₦1,000 for Students Record Files separately into Account Number 4002006157. Present the bank tellers/evidence of payment at the Registration Center.

STEP 3: REGISTRATION FILES COLLECTION

Submit evidence of payment for the Acceptance Fee and receive three Students Registration Files. Make photocopies of all credentials, including UTME/DE Result slip/Notification, JAMB Online Admission Letter, and insert them into each file. Original credentials are required for screening.

STEP 4: CONFIRMATION OF ADMISSION

Meet with officers responsible for Activation of Student and receive Confirmation of Admission against your Faculty. Verification of original credentials is necessary. Candidates will sign an undertaking, and a duplicate copy is submitted to the Admissions Officer. For admission deferment inquiries, contact the Admissions Officer.

STEP 5: PAYMENT INVOICE GENERATION

After Confirmation of Admission, log in to the University portal, click on Payment Invoice, and generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) code for Registration Fee. Print the RRR code and proceed to any bank nationwide for payment.

STEP 6: PAYMENT VERIFICATION AND BIO-DATA UPDATE

Return to the University portal after payment to perform online Registration. Click on Bio-Data, enter the RRR Code for verification, and access Bio-Data and Course Registration Forms (CRF).

STEP 7: REGISTRATION AND FORM PRINTING

Complete relevant entries in the Bio-Data Form, save, and click on Courses Registration. Add/Delete Courses according to Departmental Registration Guidelines. Save the CRF and print out various forms such as Course Registration Form, Physical Examination Form, and Student Bio-Data Form for necessary signatures.

STEP 8: ACCOUNTANT SIGNING, STUDENT AFFAIRS DIVISION

Visit the Student Affairs Division to verify Registration payment for School Fees. Ensure that evidence of payment is signed and stamped by the Deputy Bursar/Accountant, Student Affairs Division.

STEP 9: NHIS REGISTRATION

Report to the University Clinic with evidence of payment for NHIS, Physical Examination Form, and Pre-Registration Medical Examination Report Form for registration.

STEP 10: UNIVERSITY LIBRARY REGISTRATION

Register at the University Main Library to obtain Book Borrowers Tickets and Identity tag/card.

STEP 11: SUBMISSION OF REGISTRATION FILES

Photocopy all credentials and insert them into the three Registration Files. Submit the files to the Academic Division for signing with the Academic Secretary.

STEP 12: MIS REGISTRATION

Upon file submission at the Academic Division, receive one MIS Student file. Complete and submit it back instantly to the issuing office for proper record keeping.
