Idenyi said that the two-week break was in total compliance with the revised 2019/2020 Academic Calendar for schools in the state. He revealed that schools in the state are expected to close on Friday 18th December 2020 and resume by 3rd January 2021.

While wishing the pupils, Students, and Teachers a happy Christmas and new year Celebration in advance, the Permanent secretary urged them to be safety conscious throughout the period of festivity.
