Kegites Club International, Ekiti State University (EKSU) branch has commended the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Patrick Oladipo Aina for providing a level playing ground for all genuine and legal associations on campus without discrimination.
The Kegites made the assertion in a letter of appreciation sent to the Vice-Chancellor who visited them in their shrine recently. "We appreciate your visit to our uppermost shrine which was a clear demonstration of your vision for the students in your effort to transform the University to World Class citadel of learning" the
Kegites stressed.
Revelling on the visit, the Kegites, in the letter dated January 29, 2014 and signed by Chief Olatunji Olusola also known as "Sosoliso" noted that the visit to the shrine was the second of its type of by a sitting Vice-Chancellor in the last 33 years.
The Kegites emphasized that the visit to the shrine meant that the Vice-Chancellor shared their collective efforts sustain the culture of our forefathers which the association said it stood for. The Kegites club also pledged its support and loyalty to Prof. Aina's administration.
