JAMB has reacted to the incidence that happened at LAUTECH yesterday that made it impossible for candidates scheduled to write the ongoing JAMB examination at their designated centre withing the premises of then university.
Recall that some protesting students of LAUTECH yesterday locked out candidates scheduled to write the examination from having access to the school premises where their centre is located to write their examination.
JAMB’s spokesperson, Fabian Benjamin, in a telephone conversation has disclosed that JAMB is concluding arrangements to reschedule the exams for the affected candidates at Ilorin.
“We will reschedule them. Even though it’s not our problem, it’s the school’s problem; but they are our candidates. There is no private centre in Ogbomosho and the closest centre to Ogbomosho is Ilorin."
