Amidst speculations as to whether or not the JAMB Examination will still hold in the troubled states namely Borno, Yobe and Adamawa, the board has given assurance in that regard saying that the UTME Examination will still hold in those states as scheduled.
The Paper Pencil Test and the Dual Based Test would begin on Saturday 12 April while Computer Based Test will commence on May 17.
Speaking with newsmen on Tuesday, the Registrar/Chief Executive Officer, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde said the board would engaged the services of security operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission and of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission to monitor the Examination.
He assured candidates that writing materials will be provided and advised candidates not to come with calculators, pencils, erasers and sharpeners to examination Centres.
