- You must have obtained a minimum of five (5) credit passes in your O’level result in not more than 2 sittings and not more than 2 years apart.
- Candidates with awaiting results can apply so long as their results are released before screening exercise.
- Candidates who did not select NUBA poly but wishes to do so are to obtain a change of JAMB change of institution form and make NUBA poly their first choice.

STEP 2: Click on Request Free Application Form PIN.
STEP 3: Fill in the requested Details and Request for your Pin & Login Details.
STEP 4: After generating your free Application Pin / Login Details.
STEP 5: Click on Online Application Form and Login to the Portal to continue and complete your application registration online.
Kindly note that you can edit your application anytime by Clicking on Edit Application Form.
Students are expected to come along to the registration venue with the following documents;

2: Two 2 recent coloured Passport photographs.
