The Leadership of the O0USUG is notifying all students that the registration for all associations and student-owned vehicles with the Chief Security Office (CsO), the Dean of Student Affairs, and the Students' Union Government will commence soon.
This registration is mandatory, as it is in line with the university's students code of conduct. And the importance of this is to ensure proper documentation, security, and effective coordination within our university.
Associations are expected to comply to maintain their official recognition,while students with personal vehicles must complete their registration to ensure seamless movement on campus.
Who Needs to Register
- VAll student associations (faculty, departmental, indigenous, religious, and special interest groups)
- Students who own and use vehicles on campus
The official comnmencement date will be communicated in due course. AII concerned students and associations are advised to stay alert for further updates regarding process and required procedures.
