Admission Requirements
Payment for registration and screening will be online via ATM Card or bank after generation of an invoice at the University website as listed below. The cost of screening is two thousand naira (N2,000). Commencement of registration shall be updated as soon as it is out on the school’s official website.
Candidates are expected to register for the 2024/2025 UTME Screening exercise online as follows:
- UTME/DE Candidates who did not chose the Ignatius Ajuru University of Education as First Choice and are interested in seeking for admission into the University should change institution in JAMB portal to Ignatius Ajuru University of Education and register for screening using the link in the university website. UTME candidates must score 140 and above to be eligible for registration.
Candidates who registered for JAMB using awaiting result should remember to upload their O’level to JAMB portal and do same in university portal.
Please, ensure error-free and seamless registration. The University is engaging in data verification of its candidates. We will do a data matching with the information provided by JAMB through its database.

How To Apply For IAUE Post UTME Screening Admission Form
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE:
STEP 1: Visit the University Website iauoe.edu.ng.
STEP 2: On ADMISSION Menu, click on “2024/2025 UTME Screening.
STEP 3: On the page that appears, click on “Register for 2024/2025 Session UTME Screening”.
STEP 4: A page appears; enter your JAMB Reg. No. and Click Register.
STEP 5: If you are a FIRST CHOICE candidate:
- Your details will appear.
- Click on Confirm to confirm your details.
- Enter your Phone No and E-mail & click on submit.
- An SMS and E-mail containing your logon details will be sent to you. Your logon details will also be displayed on the page for you to copy and take note of.
STEP 6: If you are NOT a FIRST CHOICE candidate:
- Click on UTME Registration button, a form will appear.
- Fill the form completely and click on submit.
- An SMS and E-mail containing your logon details will be sent to you. Your logon details will also be displayed on the page for you to copy and take note of.
NB: Following instruction 6 above, remember to effect change of institution to Ignatius Ajuru University of Education from JAMB Portal.
STEP 1: Click on Login and enter your username and password sent to your email/phone.
STEP 2: You will be prompted to change your password. Save your new password.
STEP 3: From the menu on the left, click on Pay Screening Fees.
STEP 4: Click on Pay for UTME Registration button and then click on Generate Invoice below.
STEP 5: Confirm your Invoice and click on Proceed to Pay. Print your invoice.
STEP 6: You may pay with ATM Card or proceed to Bank with your Invoice to pay.
STEP 7: After successful payment, click on Update Personal Data menu on the left. UPDATE ALL FIELDS on your registration form and submit.
STEP 8: Print your Registration Slip and log out.
All candidates are required to collect the result verification form from the admissions office after online registration.
IAUE Screening Requirements
Candidates are to come to the screening centre with the following:
- O’level certificates (WAEC/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalents).
- Print-out of the online registration and JAMB original slip.
- Two passport photographs
- Birth certificate/Age declaration
- Local Government Identification letter.
IAUE Post UTME Form Closing Date
The management recently announced that the online Screening registration exercise will end on 3rd August, 2024.
PLEASE NOTE:
Admission is free at IAUE so long as you pass your JAMB and post UTME screening exercise. If anyone demands for cash before giving you admission, please report to the university management.
Parents, guardians, well-wishers and other unauthorized persons are not allowed at the screening centre during the screening exercise.
