The management of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) school of postgraduate studies has directed that candidates who applied for various postgraduate programmes and got admitted log on to the PG portal to print out their admission letters. If you fall within this category, you are to print out your letter as this important document will be needed during your registration process as it would form a part of your file.

Printing out of your admission letter of course comes with some challenges especially for firs timers of which most of you are.

In this post I will be guiding you through on how to print out FUTA postgraduate admission letter from their official portal with relative ease.

The steps and procedures required is quite an easy route so all you need do is follow the outlined steps below.

How To Print FUTA PG Admission Letter

Step 1 – On the PG portal, click on Admission list.

Step 2 – Select your degree, department and batch (2020)

Step 3 – Check your name on the admission list

Step 4 – Login to your student portal by clicking Student Login, enter your username and password and click on ‘Get payment invoice’ to generate payment invoice for Acceptance Fee

Step 5 – Go to the bank and pay the Acceptance fee through e-tranzact platform only

Step 6 – Return to the PG portal, click on ‘Student Login’, enter your username and password and click on ‘Payment Verification’ to verify your acceptance fee payment.

Step 7 – After successful verification, click on ‘Admission Letter’ to print your Admission Letter.

The above are the required steps needed by you for printing out your admission letter if you newly got admitted for any of FUTA’s postgraduate programme.

Please note that in generating invoice for payment of acceptance fee, it must be done via e-tranzact only. Only no account should you pay to an individual’s account be him or her posing to be a lecturer or not. Should you fall victim, the university will not be responsible for any mishap.
