GUU Resumption Date for Rain Semester 2018/2019 Academic Session

Sequel to the recent postponement of general elections by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), management of Gregory University Uturu has announced new dates for the resumption of academic activities for the 2019 rain semester.

According to an official statement by the acting Registrar Emmanuel Nebo, all levels of scholars are expected to return to campus on Thursday 14 March, as classes will resume on Monday 18 March 2019. The statement therefore encourages all Gregory University Uturu scholars to comply with the new dates, stressing that this will enable the successful completion of the rain semester academic curriculum before the scheduled departure of candidates for the 2019 summer exchange programme in the United States of America and Canada respectively.

Meanwhile academic activities have fully commenced at the recently licensed post graduate school of the university. According to Dean of the Post Graduate School, Prof. Ndubuisi Obiaga, newly admitted post graduate scholars are presently undertaking lectures, seminars and workshops.
