The process of getting admitted into your choice institution requires that you take a POST-UTME exam. The POST-UTME, unlike every other exam you have written, is of utmost importance hence requiring utmost preparation.

1. START REVISING YOUR BOOKS BEFORE THE EXAM
For an exam as the POST-UTME, you have to bring your A-game to the table because that’s what determines your admission into the university. Some of the food and drink that contains caffeine including coke, energy drinks and coffee and it gives a short term side effects such as headache, nausea, and anxiety, which you wouldn't want to tolerate as an exam candidate.

5. EAT AS LIGHT AS POSSIBLE
Eating too much on a regular day is not advisable for anyone because it makes one weak and lazy. Studies have also shown that students that skip breakfast experience a 20-40% of thinking skills, and so it is not also advisable to skip breakfast. But before your exam, eat as light as possible so that you don’t get too heavy and slow, or sleepy.

6. LEARN TIME MANAGEMENT
Time management is key to a successful living. Stress often comes from the belief that you are running out of time to prepare; therefore by allocating time blocks for each important topic nothing will be missed and your worries will disappear. Give this a shot!
