It was learnt that at the 22nd matriculation of the Benue State University Markudi recently, the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Charity Angya, advised the students to go for HIV test in order to know their HIV status.
The vice chancellor while advising the 4,900 matriculating students, discouraged them against unprotected sexual encounters and other social vices like drug abuse and cultism.
Also charge those diagnosed with the virus to seek medical attention and treatment and not to pass the virus to others.
