At last the management of the Federal University Wukari have concluded plans to kick-off with academic activities in the university beginning from the 30th of September, 2012.
Consequent to the scheduled opening of the school, all candidates who were offered provisional admission as well as those who were screened but not cleared during the last screening exercise are hereby cordially invited for a general screening/registration and orientation exercise which has been scheduled as follows:
VENUE: Federal University Wukari, Zaki- Biam Road, Taraba State.
DATES: From Tuesday 2nd October, 2012.
TIME: 9.00 am to 4.00 pm Daily.
Candidates are requested to come along with them originals and 2 photocopies of the following
documents for the general screening exercise:
1. Original certificates or certified true copies of O ’Level Results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB);
2. Computer Printouts of O’ Level results signed and stamped by the Principals of their respective former schools to authenticate their SSCE, NECO or NABTEB certificates;
3. Birth certificate or Declaration of Age affidavit;
4. Certificate of State of Origin or Local Government (Indigene Certificate);
5. Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) result slip and admission letter/slip (downloaded and printed out from the JAMB website;
6. Four recent passport photographs;
7. Two Bank Drafts payable to Federal University Wuakri as follows:
a. N1,000.00 General Screening Fee (Non-Refundable)
b. N3,000.00 Acceptance Fee (Payable by Qualified Candidates) Please note that candidates who do not come for the screening exercise with all required documents
will be disqualified and will not be screened.
Note: candidates who were screened but not cleared should come with only acceptance fee of N3,000.00 only.
This is in addition to School fees and Accommodation fees.
All candidates will only proceed to registration process after the screening.
