The management of the Federal University of Technology Akure has published the Post-UTME/exam screening schedule for the 2024/2025 academic session.
FUTA Aptitude test screening exercise has been scheduled to commence from Thursday, March 25th and ends on the 27th March 2024.

The complete details for the screening exercise are as follows;
The 2024/2025 POST UTME SCREENING EXERCISE Takes effect from Thursday March 25 to Saturday March 27, 2024.
Only candidates who made the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) their first choice and have registered online as required are to note that the Post UTME Screening Exercise has been scheduled to take place from Thursday, 25th to Saturday, 27th March 2024.
Consequently, affected candidates , (UTME and D/E), are to be on the look out for further information to be released shortly via the official communication handles of the University.
NOTE: Any UTME candidate who fails to present himself/herself for the Computer-Based Screening Exercise will NOT be considered for admission in the University.
ELIGIBILITY
Those who made the FUTA their First Choice Institution in the 2024/2025 UTME and scored the minimum cut off mark are eligible for the screening exercise. In addition, candidates MUST possess five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings.
Candidates who do not participate in the FUTA Post-UTME screening test will not be considered for admission into the Institution for the 2024/2025 academic session.
NOTE: FUTA will not consider candidates with “Awaiting Results” O’level results.
FUTA SCREENING FEE is Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00) only payable at any bank on e-tranzact platform only.
How To Apply for FUTA Post UTME Screening Admission Form
Candidates are required to follow the steps below:
Step 1 – Visit the University’s website for information (https://www.futa.edu.ng/putme/welcome/putmeappindex)
Step 2 – Complete and submit the University Post-UTME Application Form online; and
Step 3 – Print out a copy.
FUTA POST UTME SCREENING REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
The Registration Form is mandatory for all eligible candidates to complete for the screening exercise. Please note that the candidate’s UTME Registration Number and the Full names (as it is on JAMB slip) be correctly provided at the point of payment and registration.
After payment, each candidate should visit the University’s website and complete an online Registration Form. The completed Form, should be printed for the candidate’s use.
Also note that:
All candidates should bring along the following items to the screening venue:
(a) Depositor’s copy of Bank Teller indicating payments as appropriate;
(b) JAMB UTME Notification of Results/Registration slips;
(c) Printed copy of the completed FUTA Post-UTME Online Registration Form;
(d) Print-out of e-Tranzact payment receipt (collected from the Bank) and
(e) One passport photograph.
The venue of the screening exercise is the FUTA Digital Research Centre, “Obanla campus”, The Federal University of Technology, Akure.
Candidates are NOT allowed to bring cell phones or any other electronic gadget into the examination hall.
Candidates are requested, in their own interest, to have a feel (practice of the
computer-based test by visiting Practice Test Page).
