The 2012 Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) National Cup won by the FUTO SIFE Team is up for grabs by Teams from different higher institutions in the country. The 2013 National SIFE competition which comes up from 2-5 July, 2013 at the Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos promises to be a keen and exciting contest as other institutions has vowed to challenge FUTO for the top prize.
The organisers of the competition also disclosed that the winner of the competition would represent Nigeria at the International competition holding in Mexico from 29 September – 2 October, 2013. In his remarks, the Faculty Adviser to the FUTO SIFE Team, Dr O. T. Ebringa assured that the team would defend their title and also showcase the impact of the entrepreneurship development content of FUTO programs. He added that the competition would afford the Team the unique opportunity to interact and network with business leaders in Nigeria and the world.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof Chigozie C. Asiabaka has assured the team of the maximum support of the University and urged them to retain the cup at all cost at the competition.@PIUStrex
