The resumption date of the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA) following the suspension of ASUU strike has been announced by the management of the university.
The resumption date for the commencement of the 2018/2019 academic session is Tuesday February, 19th, 2019 for both new and returning students of the university.
Other important events immediately after resumption are as follows;
Thursday February 21-24 : Orientation Programme for Fresh Students
Monday , February 25: Commencement of Lectures for Returning and Fresh Students
