The management of the Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has released the procedures for online application for Transcript. Below is the procedures
PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION FOR TRANSCRIPT
• Visit FUTA website at https://www.futa.edu.ng/
• At the home page under “Featured Links” click on E- Transcript Application
• For Returning users, enter username and password and Click on Login
• For a new user, Click on New Applicant? Click here to register your information, username and password. You will receive a confirmation on your phone.
Use your newly acquired username and password to Login
• Fill the Form and submit.
• Note that you can request for Student Copy along with the Original Copy but it is optional.
• At the Payment Page, you can pay via Online/Card or Bank outlet.
• When your payment is successful, login back to your portal to confirm your payment, this is when your application will be complete and successful.
• Note: it is only when you make payment and login back to confirm your payment on your portal that you have completed the application process.
