General Information for Attendees

FUTA has established certain regulations to ensure a seamless experience for attendees:

  1. Restricted Access to Auditorium: It’s pertinent to note that parents, guardians, and members of the public will not be granted access to the Auditorium. However, a designated area has been set up where the live proceedings of the event can be viewed. Access to this area will be given upon the presentation of an invitation card.
  2. Event Admission: Admission to the event venues will be restricted to officials with the appropriate tags and individuals with invitation cards.
  3. Vehicle Restrictions: Vehicles bearing the designated tags should be parked in the allocated areas. Any vehicle without the requisite tag will face movement restrictions within the campus.
