The management of Federal University of Technology, Babura has announced to the general public especially newly admitted students that the Matriculation Ceremony for freshers who recently got admitted into FUT Babura for the 2024/2025 academic session has been announced.
Every student participating in the Matriculation exercise students is mandated to be present at the venue for procession according to their respective Faculties by 10:am at the venue.
Please note that this matriculation ceremony is compulsory for all newly admitted students that gained admission into FUT Babura either via UTME or Direct Entry method as attendance will be taken because you will be required to sign the Matriculation Register immediately after the event is over.
FUT Babura Matriculation Ceremony Details
The Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Babura cordially invites the General Public to the Maiden Matriculation Ceremony of 2nd Undergraduate students, 2024/2025 academic session. The event has been scheduled to hold as follows;
- Date: Saturday, 4th May, 2024
- Time: 10:00am Prompt
- Venue: Permanent Site, Federal University of Technology, Babura.
COLLECTION OF ACADEMIC GOWNS BY STUDENTS FOR THE 2024/2025 MATRICULATION EXERCISE
- I am directed to inform all the new Level 100 and 200 Registered Students that Matriculation Exercise for the 2024/2025 Academic Session is scheduled to hold on Saturday 4 May, 2024.
- Students should pay a Non-Refundable fee of One Thousand Naira (N 1,000) only to the Cash office, Bursary Department, before collection of the Matriculation Gown.
- Collection of the Gown from the Academic Office commences from Monday 29th April. through Friday 3 May, 2024.
- All Students should fill the matriculation oath form and return same to the Academic office along with the academic gown.
- Students should be seated at the venue of the event, School of Science, Information and Comumunication Technology, latest by 10:00 am and should be at their best behavior
- Attendance is Compulsory for all New Students
- Students shall return the Gowns between Saturday 4th and Tuesday 7th May, 2024,
- You should know that, there is a penalty for the late retuning of the Gowns and full payment for the cost in the event of loss.
