FUOYE Registration details and guidelines for the 2019/2020 session have been published. This is to inform all fresh students of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) that they are required to proceed with the registration guidelines for the 2019/2020 academic session.
FUOYE Registration Guidelines for Fresh / Newly Admitted Students
All Admitted students who have paid their acceptance fee and sundry fees are to follow the details of registration procedure below:
Step 1: Logon to http://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng/putme and login with your JAMB Registration Number
Note: You will be required to Login using Jamb Registration Number e.g 86510415CA
Step 2: Upon Login Click on “Check Admission Status” to check admission status. If admitted, click on the “Accept Admission Offer” button to commence initial registration rights on the “Undergraduate Portal”. You will be required to pay "Clearance Processing Fee" of N5,000 Only .
Step 3: Once "Admission Offer" is accepted, an account will be created for you automatically on the undergraduate Portal and a password change will be required.
Step 4: Note that your initial password is "password", provide any desired password of your choice in the new password fields to change your password. [Note: Ensure to choose password you can remember].
Note: An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference.
Step 5: Once password is changed successfully, you will be prompted to login again using your JAMB Reg No and your newly created password.
Step 6: Your profile details will pop-up for you to confirm and validate your information. You will be allowed at this point to change your passport if you desire to change it.
Note: Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number. Frequently check this mail for updates and information from time to time
Step 7: After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Logon to your E-mail and click on the account activation link.
Step 8: Upon account validation you will be required to pay a non-refundable sum of N50,000 only as Acceptance Fee.
Step 9: After payment of Acceptance fee, Print Out your Admission Letter.
Step 10: You are to download, Print, complete the following documents and upload a scanned (not camera picture) upon completion
- Letter Of Attestation (from Parent)
- Guarantor's Letter (from A Clergy)
Step 11: Once the above steps are completed, a link to print out your Clearance Certificate will pop-up on your dashboard
NOTE: Any candidate whose "Clearance Certificate" could not be generated/printed should proceed to Step 12
Step 12: You are to provide a valid Examination Number, Year and Month. Also, WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (Whichever applies) Scratch card details, Candidates who have previously uploaded the scratch card details will be provided with the details of their Scratch Cards as uploaded during the POST UTME/DE screening exercise, kindly confirm the correctness of the details and click on the "Submit for Verification" button when you are done
Step 13: Candidates are required to submit 3 copies of all credentials including the course registration form at the Faculty Office as listed below:
- Birth Certificate
- Local Government Certificate
- Letter Of Attestation (from Parent)
- Guarantor's Letter (from A Clergy)
- Court Affidavit Of Good Conduct
- Medical Report (from The University Health Center)
- SSCE Result
- Jamb Admission Letter
- Acceptance Fee Payment Receipt
- University Admission Letter
- Completed Bio-data Form
- Sundry Fees Payment Receipt
- Course Registration Forms
- Letter Of Attestation(from Parent)
- Guarantor's Letter(from A Clergy)
Important Information
No candidate will be allowed to register without the FULL payment of his/her sundry fees. Failure to follow the aforementioned instructions is strictly at your own risk.
