The National Universities Commission (NUC) has approved the establishment of the following programmes to run on full time mode at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti. 

1. B.Sc. Information and Communication Engineering 

2. B.Sc. Broadcasting 

3. B.Sc. Journalism 

4. B.Sc. Public Relations 

5. M.A. (Ed), M.Phil and Ph.D. English Language Education 

6. B.Eng. Systems Engineering 

7. PGD., M.Sc. and Ph.D. History and International Studies
