FUNAI update on registration and lecture free periods for 100 level students

It has come to the knowledge of the University Management that over 70% of the 100 level students are yet to complete their registration process. This is to inform the 100 level students that if you do not complete your registration to get your matriculation number before the examination, you will not be treated as a duly registered student in the 2022/2023 academic session and may as well be seen that you have forfeited your studentship for the session.

In response to this, the Vice-Chancellor has approved lecture free periods for all 100 level students to enable them complete their registration process as stated below.

Day 1

  • Thursday 13th July, 2023-12pm-4pm

Day 2

  • Friday 14th July, 2023-8am-4pm

All 100 level students are advised to take advantage of this opportunity and complete their registration process in their own interest.

Deans, HoDs and concerned lecturers are please requested to take note of this directive and reschedule their lectures for the stated lecture free periods.

Please be guided accordingly.
