The University Management has observed the slow pace in the on-going registration exercise for the newly admitted students of the University.
In order to enhance the registration process and ensure speedy conclusion of same, Management has approved Saturday, August 5, 2023 and three (3) lecture free days to enable all freshmen who have not completed their registration to do so.
Specifically, the lecture free days would start from Tuesday, August 8 and end on Thursday, August 10, 2023.
All first year students are hereby advised to pay up their fees and ensure that they complete their registration formalities using this grace period or risk losing their admissions for the year
By a copy of this memo, all Faculty Officers, Departmental Officers, Faculty Accountants and the ICT Unit are enjoined to be in their offices on Saturday,August 5, 2023 to attend to the freshmen. Please, you are all requested to ensure compliance.
