This is to inform all students having carryover (CO) in 100 level courses to write a letter through your Head of Department (HOD) to the chairman of Academic Calendar Committee, indicating the various courses. This is imperative considering the discrepancy in the current semester as the 100 level batch Bnare currently in the second semester while other students are In th first semester, hence the school needs to put in proper measures to curb the situation.
Kindly note that this letter should be written and submitted at the office of your various HODs between May 8th and May 9th, 2023.
