The management of Federal University Lafia has released the combined Academic Session Registration Guidelines for Fresh Undergraduate Students (100L & DE) for 2021/2022 and 2022/2023
Below is the steps to follow, prospective candidates are to make use of the following procedures
Phase 1
1. Login to the FMIS PUTME Portal: https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng/putme/login.php
2. Pay the acceptance fee.
3. Pay all the charges on your dashboard.
4. Upload your Admission Letter issued by JAMB and then generate a matriculation number and official email address.
Phase 1 Opened: December, 23
Phase 1 Deadline: March 22, 2023
Phase 2
1. Login to the FMIS Student Portal: https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng
2. Click on courses and then on “First CRF” to register for First Semester Courses
3. Register for your courses and click on "Submit" (please note that your Course Registration Form (CRF) would be available for printing ONLY after it has been
digitally signed online by your Level Adviser, HOD and the Dean).
4. Visit the student affairs, open a file, submit all the required documents and sign code of conduct form.
5. Visit your department (All Students), faculty (All Students) and College (Medical Students) with the evidence of payment of all charges, open a file and submit all the
required documents.
6. Visit the academic affairs, open a file and submit all the required documents.
Phase 2 Opened: March 23, 2023
Phase 2 Deadline: April 28, 2023
Phase 3
1. Login to the FMIS Students Portal: https://fmis.fulafia.edu.ng
2. Click on E-Wallet/Payment, select 2022/2023 and pay for Departmental Registration
3. Go back to dashboard, click on courses and then on “Second CRF” to register for Second Semester Courses
4. Register for your courses and click on "Submit" (please note that your CRF would be available for printing ONLY after it has been digitally signed online by your
Level Adviser, HOD and the Dean).
5. Visit your department (All Students), faculty (All Students) and college (Medical Students), and submit all the second Semester CRF.
6. Visit the academic affairs and submit all the second Semester CRF.
Phase 3 Opened: July 23, 2023
Phase 3 Deadline: September 28, 2023
All payments must be made on the portal. Failure to register at the stipulated time or adhere to the guidelines would attract a penalty of 10,000 NGN
