ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Only candidates who made the FUHSI their first (1st) choice and scored 180 mark and above in the 2024/2025 UTME JAMB examination. Below is the table containing the cut off mark for all subjects
- The UTME/DE candidates must have subscribed to the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun as their first choice and scored not less than the Institutional cut-off marks and the differential cut-off marks as presented for various Faculties/Programmes as stated below:

- Candidate must have obtained at least 5 O’level credit passes which must include mathematics and English language plus any other 3 subjects relevant to your course of study.
- Finally, candidates must have selected the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun as his or her 1st choice of institution. Candidates who did not choose FUHSI as their 1st choice and wish to participate in the post UTME screening test can do so via JAMB CAPS portal.
How to Apply for FUHSI Post UTME/DE Screening Form
To participate in the forthcoming FUHSI post UTME screening exercise, candidates will be required to pay a non-refundable fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00), only (excluding Bank charges) for the screening.
Payment shall be made through Remita collection platform at any Commercial Bank operating in Nigeria as follows:
Step 1 – Visit the Federal University of Health Sciences, Ila-Orangun portal: https://admissions.fuhsi.edu.ng
Step 2 – Fill up the blank spaces
Step 3 – Pay the non-refundable application form fee of two thousand naira only (N2,000)
Step 4 – Complete the form by uploading all relevant documents
Step 5 – Submit your form.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Misrepresentation/falsification of documents is a serious offence. Candidates are, therefore, advised to submit genuine documents only. Anyone found guilty of this offence will be disqualified automatically and in appropriate cases, handed over to the Law Enforcement Agencies.
Candidates are strongly advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines outlined above and the published requirements for admission into the programme applied for.
