For a candidate who has attained the acceptable standard in the UTME to be registered for a course in the University, he or she must have passed five (5) subjects at credit level (including English Language and Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and any of Geography, Economics, Agricultural Science and at least a pass in Physics for B.Sc. Biology and Physics must be at credit level for those seeking admission into B.Sc. Microbiology) at not more than two sittings in the General Certificate of Education (GCE) Ordinary Level (O’Level) Examination, West African School Certificate Examination (WASCE), National Examination Council (NECO) or National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) in subject relevant to the course of study.

  3. UTME candidates should normally have attained the age of 16 years minimum.

FUDUTSINMA Admission Requirements For DE Candidates (Diploma, ND and HND)

  1. Candidates must possess either passes in at least two (2) ‘A’ Level subjects or its equivalent which must include Biology, Botany or Zoology with Chemistry.

  2. OND/NCE in related fields. In addition candidates must also possess complementary 0’ level credit passes at not more than one sitting to be considered for admission.
