FUDMA suspends four students for fighting over a girl

Four students of the Federal University of Dutsin-Ma (FUDMA), have been suspended by the university management over their involvement in cultism and other social vices.

The students identified as Peter Enajo, 31, M.Sc Sociology; Lukman N. Aminu, B.Sc Computer Science; Musa Halidu, 25, B.Sc Sociology and Maikasa Victor Lawal, B.Sc Sociology, all members of Black Axe and Aye confraternity were paraded by the Katsina State Police Command on Friday, March 13, alongside a fifth suspect Abdullahi Ado, who is not a student.

The students were suspended by the Vice-chancellor of the university, Professor Armaya’u Hamisu Bichi following a Security Report on their activities.

They were reportedly arrested on March 4, 2021, after they engaged themselves in an open confrontation leading to a fight over a girl.
