The Governing Council of Fountain University, chaired by Dr AWA Ibraheeem, FCA, has made a historic decision in academia with the promotion of two accomplished female academics to full professorships. This remarkable development is celebrated within the institution and the broader academic community.
They are Professor Moriam Dasola Adeoye, a Professor of Physical and Computational Chemistry, and Prof. Nusrat Bolatito Afolabi-Balogun, a Professor of Clinical and Molecular Biochemistry. This is as the Council also approved the promotion of Dr. Kazeem Adelani Alabi to the rank of Associate Professor.
