Duties & Responsibilities
As a participant in the FirstBank Sales Academy Programme, you will be responsible for:
- Booking quality assets and ensuring effective portfolio monitoring to detect defaults early.
- Managing and deepening relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Acquiring new accounts and reactivating dormant relationships.
- Marketing the bank’s products to meet diverse customer needs.
- Initiating the development of products tailored to customer requirements.
- Ensuring efficient service and maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Upholding zero tolerance for inactive or dormant accounts.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by the Business Manager.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A good First Degree or its equivalent from a reputable institution, with a minimum of Second Class (Lower Division) or HND (Upper Credit) in any discipline.
- Age Limit: Not older than 30 years by 30th June 2024.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in sales/marketing within a Microfinance Bank or other financial institutions.
- Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with high ethical standards and integrity.
