The Federal Government today, Monday 22nd October, 2012 announced Thursday 25th and Friday 26th of October as public holidays to mark the 2012 Eid El-Kabir celebrations.
The disclosure came via an announcement from the Minister of Interior, Abba Moro.
Abba urged Muslims to emulate the tenets of Islam as practiced by Prophet Mohammed (PBUH).
He also urged Nigerians to use the period to pray for the nation.
