FEDPOLY Ukana Rector urges students to be hardworking, warns against exam malpractice

The Rector, Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, Dr Uduak S. Ukekpe has implored students of the institution to be hardworking, diligent and shun examination malpractice.

He made this call during the 5th Matriculation ceremony of the Polytechnic held on Tuesday at the Engineering Lecture Hall, Main Campus, Ukana.

While advising students to focus on their academics and obey the rules and regulations of the polytechnic, Dr Uduak cautioned them against indulging in cultism and other antisocial activities.

The Rector added that management will not hesitate to sanction any student whose behaviour and conduct runs contrary to laid down rules and regulations of the institution.

He disclosed that the institution has facilities in place to aid the teaching and learning process for lecturers and students.
