This is to inform staff and students of Federal Polytechnic, Idah that further to the earlier memo dated 14 January 2022, on the above subject, they are hereby informed as follows:
1. COMMENCEMENT DATE
22 January, 2022-Arrival of New and Returning Students;
2. REGISTRATION OF STUDENTS
i. Registration shall commence immediately.
ii. New students who fail to register after a given period of two weeks for late registration may consider themselves withdrawn from the Polytechnic, and late registration attracts a fee of Five Thousand naira (N5,000:00);
iii. Late final submission of registration documents at the Registry by students shall attract a penalty fee of Ten thousand naira (N10,000:00) and a subsequent Ten thousand naira (N10,000:00) per year,
iv. Late semester course registration carries a penalty fee of One thousand naira (N1,000:00)
v. Lists of students who had paid their fees would be compiled and made available for all HODS;
vi. Spillover students must attend lectures and pay half of the normal fees as appropriate before the date of the carryover examinations.
