Federal University of Lokoja (Fulokoja) Registration Procedures for new students

Registration of admitted students into the Federal University Lokoja is ongoing. See steps as shown below;

Step 1
Check your admission status and accept the admission offer if you have not done so, click here for instructions to do that.If you have done that then proceed to step 2.

Step 2a:
Click here to see the breakdown of school fees for your Faculty.

Step 2b:
Proceed to any branch of First Bank PLC nationwide and pay the prescribed school fees into this bank account details:

Account Name: Federal University Lokoja
Account number: 2018447343

Step 3
After Payment is made, click here to upload the teller information of school fees payment and contact details.

Notes
*The contact details will be used to send your access pin to complete your registration.
** Choose school fees from the drop-down when paying for school fees as your request will not be processed if otherwise.

Step 4
Wait for 24 hrs after payment to receive your access pin number to continue your registration on the portal .

Step 5a:
After receiving your access pin login to the portal with your JAMB registration number as username and your portal password (the same passsword you used for acceptance ) then click on registration form link at the top menu.

Step 5b : If prompted for access pin, enter the access pin you received by e-mail/sms.Then click on registration form to continue fill the form.

Step 5c :After saving your information, ita takes you to preview and print each form. click on each form to preview and click on print to print each form as listed below.
i. Student information form – form 03
ii. Student library form – form 05
iv. Sport unit form – form 06
v. Clinic registration form – form07
vi. Hostel accommodation form – form 08

**Notice
Make sure you fill in correct information as you may not be able to edit the information after printing it out.

Step 6
On the top menu click on course form to register your courses for both semester for this session and then print Course registration form (form 04).

Step 7: You are also expected to come along to the university when the school resumes with the following:
i. Original JAMB Registration Slip.
ii. Original JAMB Result Slip. (Click here to get it
iii. Original JAMB Admission Letter. (Click here to get it
iv. A Print-out of FUL Acceptance Letter.
v. Original, plus ten (10) Photocopies of WAEC/NECO Results, Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age, Testimonial and Indigenization Certificates.
vi. Letter of Attestation of Good Behavior from Parents or Guardians.
vii. Print out copies of form 03, form 04, form 05, form 06, form 07 and form 08
viii. Copies of all bank tellers used for payment.

The school resumes Monday 19th November, 2012. On resumption, go to the following places within the school complex and do the following:

STATION ONE: BURSARY DEPARTMENT:
Students are to proceed to the Bursary Department of the University located at the Take-Off Site (Behind Specialist Hospital, Lokoja) to collect the University Receipt, after presenting a copy of their bank teller for the N5,000 acceptance fee and school fee.

STATION TWO: ACADEMIC AFFAIRS OFFICE:
i. Proceed to the Academic Affairs Office located at the Take-Off Site (Behind the Specialist Hospital, Lokoja) to collect Admission letter and continue with your registration process.
ii. Students are to come for the registration with ten (10) recent passport size colour photographs (taken against a red background).

STATION THREE: FACULTY/DEPARTMENTAL REGISTRATION:
i. Meet the Faculty Officer to submit the printed Course Registration Forms (Form 04).
ii. Ensure that the 1st and 2nd Semester Courses are properly filled.
iii. All completed forms must be duly signed.

STATION FOUR: UNIVERSITY HEALTH SERVICES:
i. Students are expected to register with the University Clinic. Go with your print out of the clinic registration form (Form 07).

STATION FIVE: MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (MIS) UNIT:
i. Students are also expected to register at the MIS Unit. Go with your print out of the MIS form (Form 03).

STATION SIX: LIBRARY DEPARTMENT
i. Students are expected to register with the University Library and collect Library cards. Go with your print out of the student library form (Form 05).

STATION SEVEN: SPORTS UNIT:
i. Students are all encouraged to cultivate interest in Sports and are required to register with the Sports Officer of the University. Go with your print out of the sport unit form (Form06).

STATION EIGHT: STUDENTS’ AFFAIRS UNIT:
i. Students are expected to register and collect the Students’ Handbook and Identity cards.
ii. Students should also submit the print out of the hostel accomodation form (Form 08).
Please note that accommodation is based on availability.
