Further to the press statement dated 14h January, 2021 that the Federal Ministry of Education has undertaken a comprehensive appraisal of the situation that resumption date of 18th January 2021 should remain, the University Management has directed that all categories of staff in the University should resume duties as from Monday 18th January. 2021.
Accordingly. all categories of staff are hereby directed to resume work on Monday 18th January, 2021. Hesds of Departments and Units are hereby directed to open their Register Books on staff reporting to duty as from Monday 18th January, 2021 by 8:00 am.
Staff who fails to report too duty should be reported to the Registrar for further necessary sanction.
Staff coming to duties are also directed to ensure compliance with covid-19 Protocols especially personal hygiene, while the university management ensures the provision of other facilities.
