In a departure from tradition, the screening will be conducted online, without the physical presence of candidates at the campus. Introduction to FEDPOLYADO Post UTME Screening

The management of FEDPOLYADO welcomes applications from suitably qualified candidates to participate in the screening exercise. This is an essential part of the admission process for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Candidates Eligible for Federal Poly Ado Post UTME Screening

Eligibility for the Post UTME screening at FEDPOLYADO is quite clear and specific:

  1. Choice and Score: Applicants who selected The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti and scored a Minimum Acceptable Mark (MAM) of 140 in the 2023/2024 UTME.
  2. O’level Requirements: Possession of five (5) O’level subject requirements at Credit level in not more than two (2) sittings in SSCE, NECO, GCE, and NABTEB.
  3. Specific Requirements for Engineering and Agricultural Courses: Applicants with NABTEB (NTC) for the School of Engineering (SOE) and School of Agriculture and Agricultural Technology (SAAT) must have additional core subjects from the Trade Related Area (TRA). Exceptions are listed such as Book Keeping, Commerce, Principles of Accounts, and Secretariat Studies.
  4. Business Courses Requirements: Applicants for Business-related Courses can use NABTEB (NBC), but with specific conditions for the School of Engineering.
  5. General Education Requirements: Applicants with NABTEB (General Education) can apply for courses in SOE and SAAT.

  7. Change of Institution: Applicants who scored 140 and above but did not choose FEDPOLYADO as the 1st choice Institution can still change to the institution.

How to Apply for the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti Post UTME Form

The application process is straightforward:

  1. Payment of Screening Fee: Pay a screening fee of N2,000.00 (Two thousand naira only) via the Remita platform.
  2. Generating and Printing Invoice: Visit the Polytechnic’s students’ portal here to generate and print the application payment invoice.
  3. Bank Payment or Debit Card Payment: Proceed to any bank or make an online payment using debit cards (Master Card, Visa Card, Verve Card).
  4. Filling the Application Form: After payment, revisit the students’ portal to fill the application form using the RRR number on the payment invoice (slip).
  5. Printing Copies: Endeavour to print copies of the application form and the acknowledgement slip after filling the form.
  6. Submission of O’level Details: Send the details of O’level subjects to the JAMB portal, especially for awaiting results candidates.

NOTE: The online screening application and submission of forms will commence on Monday, 31st July 2023 and close on Friday, 15th September 2023.

The Screening exercise will not require the physical presence of Candidates on The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti Campus.
