The management of Fedpolyado has made open the portal for change of course form for applicants who for one reason or the other need to change their courses. From time to time, candidates or better put, newly admitted students have one or more reasons to change courses initially registered for. The management of FPA are well aware of this which is the reason for the introduction of change of course application form.
Drawing from the above, the management of Federal Polytechnic Ado popularly known as FPA is using this medium to inform the general public that the change of course forms for 2024/2025 academic session has commenced for the following underlined courses.

Candidates seeking for admission to study any of the courses listed above must meet the following requirements below;
- Must have scored 120 and above in JAMB.
- Must meet the minimum entry requirements of 5 credits passes at a sitting or 6 credit passes at two (2) sittings.

Step 3 – Click on Next
Step 4 – Follow the instructions and submit.
