ADMISSION INTO HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (FULL-TIME) PROGRAMMES FOR THE 2014/2015 ACADEMIC SESSION

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti for Full-time programmes in the 2014/2015 Academic Session leading to the award of Higher National Diploma (HND) in the following programmes:

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess

2.1 National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of Lower Credit in the course/programme of choice and five (5) relevant credits including English Language and Mathematics at the SSCE/NECO or GCE O’Level. Candidates are advised to visit the Polytechnic Website (www.fedpolyado.edu.ng) to avail themselves of the requisite entry requirements for the National Diploma of each programme that makes them prima-facle qualified for the HND programmes

2.2 a minimum of one year post ND cognate work experience (Industrial Training). In addition to 2.1

3.0 METHOD OF APPLICATION

Candidates seeking for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti are required to complete the Institution’s application form available on-line from Monday, 4th August, 2014 to Tuesday, 30th September, 2014.

4.0 PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING ON-LINE

APPLICATION FORM

Obtain HND FULL-TIME Application E- transact slip (confirmation order number printed on it) from any branch of the specified Banks upon payment of ten thousand naira (N10,000.00) only

Candidates are reminded that Bank charges will be paid at the point of purchase.

5.0 INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

a. log on to www.utme.fedpolyado.edu.ng

b. Click on the HND FULL TIME Application

c. Log-in with your E-transact confirmation order number (as printed on your E-transact slip)

d. Complete the application form as appropriate; upload your passport photograph; supply your

phone number and your own e-mail address.

e.Click on submit to print your application form and Acknowledgement slip

6.0SUBMISSION OF FORMS

Candidates are to please note that the application for admission will close on www.utme.fedpolyado.edu.ng with effect from Tuesday, 30th September, 2014

N.B: i. Candidates should also ensure that the transcripts of their academic records are forwarded directly by their former institutions to reach.
