This is to inform the general public that FCVMLT, Vom admission forms for 2024/2025 academic session has been announced by the management of the college and applications are currently being invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal College of Veterinary and Medical Laboratory Technology (FCVMLT) FMLSCN, MLA, MLT, NDEH and EHT programmes of the College for the 2024/2025 academic session.

FCVMLT Admission Requirements And Duration For All Programmes
Below are the list of all available programmes offered in FCVMLT and their respective admission requirements. Kindly note that rare combination of WAEC and NECO O’Level results are allowed.
Fellow of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (FMLSCN)
Admission Requirements:
Holders of Associate Certificate of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (AMLSN) or Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) Certificate plus a current practicing license.
Duration of Course: Minimum of 3 Calendar Years
Certificate Awarded: Fellows of Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria Certificate
Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
Admission Requirements:
Four (4) O/L credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology plus at least a pass in Physics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO and NABTEB within a space of five (5) years.
Duration of Course: 3 Calendar Years
Certificate Awarded: Medical Laboratory Technician Certificate
Medical Laboratory Assistant (MLA)
Admission Requirements:
Three (3) O/L credit passes in English Language, Chemistry and Biology plus at least a pass in Mathematics obtained at not more than two (2) sittings in WAEC, NECO or NABTEB within a space of five (5) years.
Duration of Course: 2 Calendar Years
Certificate Awarded: Medical Laboratory Assistant Certificate
ND/HND (Environmental Health)
Admission Requirements:
Five (5) Credits level in WAEC/NECO/GCE at not more than 2 sittings. These must include: English, Biology/Health Science, Chemstry and Mathematics (Compulsory). Others to make up 5 credits could be either Geography, Food and Nutrition, Technical Drawing, Economics, Commerce and Physics.
Duration of Course: 4 Calendar Years
Certificate Awarded: HND, Environmental Health
Environmental Health Technician (EHT)
Admission Requirements:
Four (4) Credit level in WAEC/NECO/GCE at not more than 2 sittings. These must include: English, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Mathematics (Compulsory). Others could be any of these at credit or pass levels. Geography, Economics, Commerce, Food and Nutrition, Technical Drawing, Agricultural Science.
Duration of Course: 3 Calendar Years
Certificate Awarded: Environmental Health Technician Certificate
Environmental Health Assistant (EHA)
Admission Requirements:
Passes level in WAEC/NECO/GCE at not more than 2 sittings. These must include: English, Biology/Health Science, Chemistry and Mathematics (Compulsory). Others could be any of these at credit or pass levels. Geography, Economics, Commerce, Food and Nutrition, Technical Drawing, Agricultural Science.
Duration of Course: 2 Calendar Years
Certificate Awarded: Environmental Health Assistant Certificate
How to Apply for FCVMLT Vom Admission Form
To apply for admission into Federal College of Veterinary and Medical Laboratory Technology, Vom, a non-refundable application fee of N15,000 for FMLSCN, N8,000 for MLT and N5000 for MLA should be paid to the federal college of veterinary and medical laboratory technology, Vom via the REMITA platform after a successful generation of RRR number from the college student portal and follow the outlined steps below.

Step 6: Review all the information you entered and correct any possible error(s). Upon satisfactory review of the information click on submit application to conclude your application. Print out the slip at the end of the registration to serve as evidence of application.
