Understanding FCET Asaba’s NCE Admission Requirements
Admission Prerequisites
Candidates aspiring for admission should meet one of the following qualifications:
- Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), G.C.E. ‘O’ Level, or NECO with at least 5 passed subjects, including English and Mathematics. Three of these subjects must be at credit level in the same sitting or four credits at two sittings.
- Grade II Teacher’s Certificate (TCII) with credit or merit in three subjects, including English.
- Vocational and Technical Education qualifications, such as R.S.A or City and Guilds Intermediate Certificate, along with a Federal Craft Training Certificate.
- Associateship Certificate in Education from a recognised institution.
- Successful completion of Pre-NCE final examinations or MPCE examinations.
- Enrollment and successful completion of the selection examination conducted by a recognised body like JAMB for direct admission.
How to Apply for FCET Asaba NCE Programmes
Application Procedures
Candidates interested in securing a spot in the full-time NCE programmes are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N2,000.00 through the Bursary Office. Once the payment has been confirmed, candidates are to proceed to the Admissions Office with their blue receipt to collect the application form.

Final Submission
Completed admission forms must be submitted to the office of the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) at FCET Asaba on or before the matriculation date for the 2023/2024 academic session.
