Overview of the Screening Exercise

When and Where?

The screening will take place from Monday, 29th April to Saturday, 4th May 2024. Sessions will run daily from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the PHE Multipurpose Hall, FCE, Zaria.

What You Need to Bring

For a smooth and efficient screening process, please ensure you bring the following required documents:

  1. Original certificates: WASC/WASSC/NABTEB/SSC or Statements of results.
  2. Higher qualifications: Original NCE/Diploma Statement of result or Certificate.
  3. Proof of locality: Original State of Origin/Indigenization Certificate.
  4. Age verification: Original Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age.
  5. Entry qualifications: Original Direct Entry e-registration slip.
  6. Character certification: Reference letter of good conduct from a reputable person in the society, which must be on letterhead and duly stamped.
  7. Photographs: Eight recent passport photographs on a white background.
  8. Photocopies: Items I – V as listed above.
  9. Verification tools: WAEC/NECO and NABTEB Scratch cards for those who do not have their certificates available.
  10. Proof of payment: Registration Remitta for the session admitted for, duly confirmed by the Bursary Department.
  11. Admission confirmation: Photocopy of JAMB Admission letter.

Additional University Requirements

Upon arrival for your screening, a payment of Twelve Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N12,500) Only will be required. This fee covers essential materials including the Journal, Student Handbook, Academic Gown, University I.D card, and Oath Form.
