Management is by this Circular advising all Students of the College to strictly adhere to the following during the on-going Examinations and subsequent ones:
(a) That all Students are required to present their Receipt of Bursary Payment of School fees before being allowed into any Hall to write Examination
(b) That Deans and Head of Departments must instruct Invigilators to strictly enforce (a) above and cooperate with the Members of the Task Force.
(c) That Spill-over Students and Students with Carry Over Courses would also be required to present their current Sessional Bursary Receipt of School fees payment before being allowed to write Examination.
(d) That the Task Force on Fees is by this circular, mandated to handle this assignment and should not hesitate to report any erring Student(s) or Staff (Invigilator(s) that would not cooperate with it to Management for appropriate disciplinary sanctions according to the law.
(e) That All Students are strongly warn in their own interest to cooperate with the Members of the Task Force, Deans, Heads of Departments, Invigilators and the Members of the Examination Monitoring Teams to ensure a hitch-free conduct of Examinations in the College.
