FCE Eha-amufu notice on payment of school fees and registration of courses

The management of Federal College of Education Eha-Amufu wishes to inform students that in order to facilitate the conversion of Remita invoice to college receipts and registration of courses, the steps to be followed by students who had not done their registration before the lockdown are :

  1. Submission of Remita invoice to ICT for confirmation 
  2. Going to bursary after 24hrs to collect the receipts
  3. Filling and printing of 8 copies of the online course registration from ICT or any cyber cafe (7 copies for double major students and 8 copies for single major students 
  4. Paying the departmental and school dues 
  5. Submission of filled course form with stapled duplicate copies of college receipts, departmental receipts and school receipts to Academic adviser 
  6. Collecting one copy of the course form signed by the adviser as proof of submission to Academic adviser 
  7. The candidate entering his/her name, and registration number in a registration book kept by the Academic adviser 
  8. Going to departmental office to collect the student copy of duly  signed course form after 48hrs

NOTE : students are no longer allowed to carry course form to HOD's , school officers and Deans 
     However, those whose course form are submitted before the lockdown should meet their HOD's or school officers for advice
