ESUT announces virtual matriculation ceremony for 2019/2020 session

This is to inform the general public, particularly all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who were offered admission into the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT), for the 2019/2020 academic session that online matriculation ceremony for them has been scheduled as follows:

Date: Wednesday, October 14, 2020

Time: 11a.m

Method: Zoom Application

To this end, all fresh students are advised to pay all the prescribed ESUT fees, including matriculation fee of fifteen thousand th naira (N15,000.00) only per student before 14 October, 2020 to be eligible to participate in the matriculation ceremony.

The Meeting Password/Link for participation in the online matriculation ceremony as well as the Matriculation Oath Forms will be posted to only those fresh students who have paid all the prescribed ESUT fees.

Note that, only fresh students who participated in the online matriculation ceremony would be issued with Matriculation Numbers for the confirmation of their studentship status in ESUT.

The Ag. Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Charles Eze will deliver his matriculation address, while the ESUT Registrar, Barr. T.M. Ikpenwa will administer the Matriculation Oath on the fresh students.

VIRTUAL MATRICULATION PAYMENT PROCESS FLOW

– Log into the portal (portal.esut.edu.ng) with your username (JAMB Reg Number) and password.

– Click on Admission menu and select Matriculation Fees Invoice menu, click on Generate Invoices Button.

– Click on Printout Academic Gown Invoice and Printout Matriculation Pack Invoice.

– Proceed to the bank to make payment or pay online with an ATM card.

– Log into the portal (portal.esut.edu.ng) with your username (JAMB Reg Number) and password.

– Click on Admission menu and select Matriculation Fees Invoice menu, click on Generate Invoices Button, then click on Oath Form.

– This downloads the form for the student to print.

– Proceed to the central registry to collect Matriculation gown. You are to return the Matriculation gown on or before Monday 19th October, failure to do so attracts a penalty.
