The management of Enugu State University of Science and Technology has directed lecturers. Deans, HODS to ensure that all answer Scripts of all students who have still continued to abjure, neglect, and indeed, refuse to pay their school fees to date should not be marked or graded and the answer scripts of such students should be bound together and kept with the Dean of the Faculty, while the students should be treated as having out rightly fail such Courses,
The memo equally stated that any lecturer(s) who violates this directive not to mark and grade and submit the Exam Results of those students indebted to the University shall face appropriate sanctions as contained in the University Academic Guide Lines Regulation governing the conducts of Examinations in the University
