REVISED ACADEMIC CALENDAR FOR 2019/2020 SESSION
FIRST SEMESTER
1) 9th October 2020: 2019/2020 academic session resume after COVID-19 break
2) 12th to 23rd October 2020: Revision week
3) 26th October 2020: First-semester examination commences
4) 7th November 2020: End of the first-semester examination
SECOND SEMESTER
5) 9th November 2020: Second-semester resume and lectures start
6) 13th November 2020: 2020/2021 academic session resume with fresh students
7) 16th November 2020: Lectures begins for fresh students
8) 30th November 2020: HODs submit the first semester 2019/2020 results to DOSs
9) 7th December 2020: Consideration of first semester results by an academic board
10) 16th December 2020: Registration ends for new students
11) 18th December 2020: Christmas/new year break
12) 4th January 2021: Resumption of students from Christmas/new year break
13) 6th January 2021: Lectures begin for students
14) 29th January 2021: Lectures end for old students
15) 1st to 5th February 2021: Revision week
16) 8th February 2021: Second-semester examination commences
17) 20th February 2021: Second-semester examination ends and students go down
18) 15th March 2021: Hods SUBMIT the second semester 2019/2020 results to DOSs
19) 19th March 2021: Old students resume for first semester 2020/2021
20) 22nd March 2021: Consideration of second-semester results for 2019/2021 session
