To apply for the form you must have met the following requirements;

• You must have obtained a minimum of five 5 O’level credit passes or its A’level equivalents as it relates to your registered course.
• You must have selected Edo State Poly as your preferred choice of institution
• You must have a minimum of Lower Credit in your ND programme and the requisite 1yr industrial attachment.

How To Apply for Edo State Poly HND Admission Form

To successfully apply for the form via Edo State Poly undergraduate portal, you must follow the steps outlined below. You are expected to read through thoroughly to avoid mistakes that could disqualify your form

STEP 1 – You are to visit https://www.edopoly.edu.ng/

STEP 2 – Click on Applicants and then select ADMISSION EXERCISE – FULL TIME 2024/2025

STEP 3 – Click on Register for application at the top left of the displayed page to proceed.

STEP 4 – Enter your First name; Middle name; and Surname along with your Email Address and Phone Number.
Immediately, your ID and Password will be sent to your email. Click on the link within your email to continue

STEP 5 – Back On edopoly.waeup.org click on ‘Login’ (top right of the front page).

STEP 6 – Enter your username and the password to login.

STEP 7 – To start the application process, please click on ‘Edit Application record’ and provide all required information.

STEP 8 – Upload a Recent and clear 5” x 5” COLOURED passport photograph
NOTE that the photograph uploaded will be the only valid ID for all admitted candidates throughout their stay in the Edo Polytchnic, USEN.

STEP 9 – To pay for the Application, click on “Add online payment ticket” at the bottom of the page, then click on “Pay with Interswitch” on the top left corner of the page, follow the instruction to pay the application fee of N7,500; with a valid ATM-Enabled Card from any Commercial Bank in Nigeria

STEP 10 – Click on edit application to preview and confirm your information before submitting your application online. (No correction will be accepted after the closing date).
