GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must possess the minimum Academic requirements for each role as stated below:
- Degree (Second Class Lower), HND/OND (Lower Credit), or NCE (Merit), only Graduates of 2016 to date are eligible to apply for GL. 08 Positions.
- Candidates must also have completed the mandatory NYSC Program (where applicable) and be computer literate, with good interpersonal/leadership skills and can work effectively in teams.

Requirements: A first Degree in Education or any other relevant subject plus a Post Graduate Diploma or Certificate in Education from a recognized university with a minimum of 18 years post-qualification cognate experience.

SENIOR ASSISTANT EDUCATION OFFICER GL. 09
Requirements: A National Certificate of Education (NCE) plus at least 6 years post-qualification cognate experience.
ASSISTANT CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER GL. 13
Requirements: A first Degree in any of the disciplines of Social Sciences or Humanities. Candidates must have attended a Course in either Manpower Budgeting and Staff Inspection, Pension Administration, Management Consulting or Grading with a minimum of 12 years post-qualification cognate experience.

Requirements: A first Degree in any of the disciplines of Social Sciences or Humanities.

Requirements: A Candidate who is legally qualified to practice as a Barrister or Solicitor in Nigeria plus at least 9 years post-Call cognate experience.
SENIOR STATE COUNSEL GL. 10
Requirements: A Candidate who is legally qualified to practice as a Barrister or Solicitor in Nigeria, plus at least one year post-Call cognate experience.
SENIOR MEDICAL OFFICER II, GL. 13.
Requirements: A Degree in Medicine, registrable with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN), from a recognized Institution.
PHARMACIST GL. 10
Requirements: A Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree registrable with the Pharmacist Registration Board of Nigeria (PRBN) plus at least one year post-Registration cognate experience.
SENIOR NURSING OFFICER, GL. 10.*
Requirements: A B. Sc. in Nursing, plus the Registration of Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) plus as least six years post-qualification cognate experience.
MEDICAL LABORATORY SCIENTIST II, GL. 08
Requirements: A first Degree in Medical Laboratory Science registrable with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTANT I, GL. 12
Requirements: A Degree in Accountancy from a recognized University and a minimum of 9 years post-qualification cognate experience.

Requirements: A Degree in Accountancy from a recognized University.
ENGINEER I (CIVIL, STRUCTURAL, & ELECTRICAL ONLY), GL. 09.
Requirements: A Degree in the relevant Engineering Discipline and must be registrable with the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria (COREN)
ARCHITECT II, GL. 08
Requirements: A Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Degree in Architecture obtained from a University recognized by the Architect Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).
BUILDING OFFICER II, GL. 08
Requirements: A Degree in Building or Building Technology from a recognized University, provisionally registrable with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON)
LANDS OFFICER II, GL. 08
Requirements: A Degree in Estate Management or Land Economy from a recognized University.
TOWN PLANNING OFFICER II, GL. 08
Requirements: A Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized University, registrable with the Town Planners Registration Council of Nigeria (TOPREC).
HIGHER ESTATE OFFICER, GL. 08
Requirements: A Higher National Diploma in Estate Management obtained from a recognized Institution.
TECHNICAL OFFICER (TOWN PLANNING) GL. 07
Requirements: Ordinary National Diploma in Town Planning from a recognized Institution plus two years post-qualification cognate experience.
TOWN PLANNING ASSISTANT I, 04
Requirements: Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate or General Certificate of Education (Ordinary Level) with four credits obtained at one sitting or five credits at two sittings including at least two of the following:- Mathematics, Geography, Economics, Fine Arts, Physics, Technical Drawing.

Requirements: Ordinary National Diploma OR Higher National Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or Public Administration from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 14 years OR 9 years respectively post-qualification cognate experience.

Requirements: Ordinary National Diploma OR Higher National Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or Public Administration from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 11 years OR 6 years respectively post-qualification cognate experience.
SENIOR EXECUTIVE OFFICER (ACCOUNTS) GL. 09
Requirements: Ordinary National Diploma OR Higher National Diploma in Accountancy or Business Administration from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 8 years OR 3 years respectively post-qualification cognate experience.

Requirements:
- A Degree in Statistics as a special subject from a recognized University.
- A Degree in Social Science or Mathematics without Statistics plus a Post-Graduate Diploma in Statistics from a recognized University.
PROCUREMENT OFFICER II, GL. 08
Requirements: A Degree in Marketing, Economics, Purchasing and Supply, Public Relations/Advertising, Business Administration/Management, Entrepreneurship, Banking and Finance and Capital Market.
PROGRAM ANALYSTS GL. 08
Requirements: A Degree in Computer Science or other related Disciplines. Certificates with major Software or Hardware Renders (e. g. Microsoft, CISCO etc) may be an added advantage.

Requirements: Ordinary National Diploma in Statistics plus a minimum of 5 years post-qualification cognate experience OR Higher National Diploma in Statistics.
HIGHER STORE OFFICER, GL .08
Requirements: Ordinary National Diploma in Business Studies plus a minimum of 5 years post-qualification cognate experience OR Higher National Diploma in Business Studies.
CHIEF CLERICAL OFFICER, GL. 07
Requirements: Senior Secondary School Certificate/West Africa School Certificate OR General Certificate of Education (O/L) with:-
- Four Credits obtained at one sitting or
- Five Credits obtained at two sitting.
Plus a minimum of 6 years post-qualification cognate experience.
SENIOR CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY, GL. 09
Requirements:
- Senior Secondary Certificate, GCE (O/L) plus Civil service Training School Certificate in Shorthand and Typewriting at 120 and 60 WPM respectively plus other prescribed subjects with a minimum of 6 years post-qualification cognate experience OR
- Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretarial Studies including a pass at 120 and 60 WPM in Shorthand and Typewriting respectively from a recognized Secretarial/Technical Institution with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification cognate experience OR
- A Certificate in Bilingual Secretary Ship or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 6 years post qualification cognate experience.
CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY III, GL. 06
Requirements:
- Ordinary National Diploma in Secretarial Studies including passes in Shorthand and Typewriting at 100 and 50 WPM respectively from a recognized Secretarial/Technical Institution OR
- WASC/SSSC plus RSA or Civil Service Training School Certificate in Shorthand and Typewriting at 100 and 50 WPM respectively from a recognized Secretarial/Technical Institution of WASC/SSSC plus RSA. OR
- Civil Service Training School Certificate in Shorthand and Typewriting at 100 and 50 WPM respectively, plus a recognized Certificate in English Language, Office Practice, Secretarial Practice and any of the optional subjects like Social Studies, Civil Service Rules, Economics or Book-keeping

Requirements:
- FSLC plus State Training Centre Certificate in Typing and Shorthand at the speed of 35 and 80 WPM respectively plus English at R.S.A. Stage II etc. OR

SENIOR MOTOR DRIVER-MECHANIC I, GL. 06
Requirements: i) FSLC; ii) Valid professional Driver’s Licence; iii) Class III Trade Test Certificate for Motor Mechanic Work, plus 4 years driving experience.

STORE KEEPER, GL. 04
Requirements: West African School Certificate or Senior Secondary School Certificate or General Certificate of Education (O/L) in:
- Four subjects obtained at a sitting or
- Five subjects at two sittings.
