Over the years, most guys find it interesting to pop the question when their girls are about rounding up their NYSC programme. Yesterday was not any different when, a 2017 Batch B Ebonyi State Corps member, identified as Amaka, got a ring from her fiance shortly after her NYSC discharge certificate was presented to her.
